mix_start¶
Return true if the given string begins with “mix”, except the ‘m’ can be anything, so “pix”, “9ix” .. all count.
mix_start("mix snacks") -> true
mix_start("pix snacks") -> true
mix_start("piz snacks") -> false
This exercise was taken from codingbat.com and has been adapted for the Python language. There are many great programming exercises there, but the majority are created for Java.
Starter Code¶
def mix_start(string: str) -> bool:
pass
result = mix_start('mix snacks')
print(result)
